Kazan is considered one of the oldest cities in the Russian Federation, which has hosted the most diverse nations on its territory. Perhaps, there is no other city on the territory of the state, in which the cultures of different eras and religions would be so organically combined. Kazan is located on the left bank of the Volga at the place where the Kazanka River flows into it. This river flows from the northeast to the west, crossing the city center and conditionally dividing it into two parts. It is very easy to get from one part of Kazan to another, as the city areas are connected by dams, a bridge and a metro line. Kazan began its existence more than 1000 years ago. It was originally a border fortress. 4 centuries later, in 1438, the city was captured by the Khan of the Golden Horde and named the Kazan Khanate. Tourists traditionally begin their acquaintance with Kazan with an excursion to the Kazan Kremlin. This grandiose historical and architectural complex is spread over an area of 1500 hectares and includes monuments of the XII-XX centuries. Traditionally
